摘　　要：高校学习型基层党组织既有一般基层党组织的共性,又有自身的特殊性。高校学习型基层党组织作为高校重要的组织机构,为高校挖掘人才和为社会发展培养精英发挥着重要的作用。但是,高校学习型基层党组织建设仍然存在着许多不足之处。为了更好地实现高校学习型基层党组织的作用,高校应完善和落实各项制度,提高党员干部的能力,提升党员的党性修养。A Learning CCP Organization in a college possesses the common characteristics of ordinary base level CPP organizations as well as its own traits. As an important organization in colleges and universities, a Learning CCP Organization plays an important role in that it helps to find talents and cultivate social elites. However, the CCP Organizations in Colleges and Universities still have many weaknesses. In order to help them to function better, colleges and universities shall improve regulations and rules, promote party members＇ ability and their mentality.
