摘　　要：围绕丝绸产业区域优势与服装人才培养模式的现状,就地方高等院校工科类服装专业"区域化"人才培养模式改革进行探讨。通过分析丝绸产业区域优势,创建"区域化"服装人才培养新模式,将调控课程模块、导师制、产学研互通三者有机结合,从而构建符合"区域化"人才培养的特色专业课程体系。研究认为,地方高等院校应充分认识到"区域化"工科类服装专业特色人才培养的重要性和必要性,努力打破当前工科类服装人才培养的局限,有针对性、目的性、专攻性地培养特色专业人才。This paper discusses the reform of training mode of regional talents in engineering clothing specialty in local institutions of higher learning around regional advantages of silk industry and the status of clothing talent training mode, establishes new training mode of regional clothing talents through the analysis on regional advantages of silk industry and establishes characteristic specialized curriculum system meeting regional talent training through organic combination of curriculum module regulation, tutorial system and industry-university-research cooperation. The research considers that local institutions of higher learning should fully realize the importance and necessity of regional training of special talents in engineering clothing specialty, endeavor to break the limitation of current engineering clothing talent training and train special professionals pertinently and purposefully.
