摘　　要：以一个上游企业和两个下游企业构成的二级产业链为研究对象,讨论了价格机制和水平溢出对下游企业研发产出及上、下游企业利润的影响。研究结果表明:当下游企业选择独立研发或合作研发时,水平溢出对下游企业研发产出以及上、下游企业利润的影响存在显著差异,而且这种影响不会因为上、下游企业之间价格机制的改变而变化;在两种价格机制和两种研发策略的策略组合中,最优共赢策略是下游企业与上游企业采取固定价格机制,并与其他下游企业进行合作研发。在这种策略下,下游企业的研发产出以及上、下游企业的利润都会随着水平溢出效应的增加而不断增加。This paper establishes a R＆D model in a two-level supply chain, which consists of one upstream enterprise and two downstream firms. Then it discusses the effects of pricing mechanism and horizontal spillover on the R＆D activities of downstream enterprises. The results show that under downstream enterprises＇ independent R＆D strategy or cooperative R＆D strategy, horizontal spillover has different impacts on the R＆D output of downstream enterprises and the total profit of the two-level supply chain ; fixed-price contract and cooperative R＆D are the two-win strategy, and under this strategy, horizon- tal spillover helps to improve downstream enterprises＇ R＆D output and enhance the profit of upstream and downstream enter- prises simultaneously.
