摘　　要：以第五次、第六次人口普查资料及全国教育事业库历年统计结果为数据平台,对我国体育人力资源的发展现状做出全景式的描绘,针对我国体育人力资源不容乐观、体育教育隐忧重重的现状,从理清未来的发展思路入手,以教育提升人力资本为主要抓手,进而提出针对性的改善意见和建议。Based on the fifth and sixth census data and the national education data statistics over the years as the data platform, the paper conducts a panoramic description of the present situation sports human resources development in China. It further comes up with some corresponding suggestions regarding the present unsatisfactory situation in terms of China＇ s sports human resources.
