摘　　要：从复合型高层次体育专业人才的内涵与特点出发,通过问卷调查了解我国体育专业硕士培养的现状,对新形势下复合型高层次体育专业硕士培养理念进行了重构,提出了厚基础、宽口径,专业设置按需复合、课程设置和教学内容的分段复合、教学实践梯次复合的复合型高层次体育专业硕士培养理念。The paper adopts the questionnaire method to investigate the current training situation of China＇ s sports masters, the purpose of which is to reconstruct the training concept of compound and high - level sports masters. The corresponding new concept is thereby generated which includes the aspects of the solid foundation and wide caliber, the recombination of major setup according to demand, the segregated recombination of curriculum and teaching contents and the echeloned recombination of teaching practice.
