摘  要:高校心理健康教育队伍中存在角色冲突、文化价值冲突以及文化内涵冲突等问题,文化冲突会促进文化的创新与发展,也会引发消极情绪,导致专业人才流失,影响大学生心理健康教育的开展。冲突只有经过整合才能增加正效应,高校心理健康教育队伍中文化冲突整合的具体方法有:机构独立,建立完善的心理健康教育体系;建立共同的心理健康教育目标,促进心理健康教育队伍之间的合作;建立交流合作机制,加强和谐对话;专业化管理,建立独立、科学的考核评估体系。In the group of psychological health education in universities,there exist such conflicts as role conflicts,cultural values conflicts and cultural connotation conflicts and so on. Even though cultural conflicts will propel the innovation and development of culture,it may also activate pessimistic emotion,bring about the result of specialized brain drain,and exert bad influence on the proceeding of psychological health education of college students. Only after integration can conflicts achieve more positive effects. The ways to integrate cultural conflicts in the groups of psychological health education of higher learning are as follows: realize institution independence and construct accomplished psychological education system; set common goals of psychological health education and stimulate the cooperation among psychological heath education groups; construct systems of communication and cooperation and enhance harmonious dialogues; provide specialized management and construct independent and scientific examination and evaluation system.
