摘　　要：随着中国社会经济的发展和教育改革实践的深化,大学校长专业化成为重要的发展趋势。目前,很多西方国家在理论研究和实践探索方面都取得了很大的成就,而中国对大学校长专业化的研究还处于起步阶段。大学校长作为一种职业类别,专业化不仅符合社会发展的需求,也是大学校长自身发展的需要,因此探讨大学校长专业化的实现路径与方法具有重要意义。With the deepening of educational reform and the economic and social development in China,the specialization of university presidents has become an important trend. At present,while many western countries have made great achievements in theory and practice,the study of university presidents＇ specialization in China is still in its initial stage. The president has already been defined as an occupation,the specialization of which is the inevitable requirement of the society and the occupational development of the president. Therefore it is of great significance to further explore routes to the specialization of university specialization.
