摘　　要：战略管理是当今企业管理中最为重要的分支 ,但其中充满了分歧与争议。本文从 6 0年代战略管理的创立开始 ,仔细梳理了直到 90年代末期的各个战略学派的演化和发展 ,以及它们与经济环境演变的关系 ,为该领域的深入研究提出了一些设想。Strategy management is one of most interesting fields which is full of divergence of views and disputes. In this paper, we analysis carefully the development process of the theory and practice of strategy management, and their relationship with environmental change. Then some topics of further research is discussed.
