摘　　要：本文从一个新的视角 ,把技术创新理解为以企业家为主的创新主体建构创新可能性并把它变为现实的活动。在对创新可能性建构进行逻辑分析、本体论分析、认识论分析和哲学分析的基础上 ,提出了技术创新可能性建构的阶梯模型。From a special angle of view, the paper regards the technological innovation as an activity that the subject of innovation in which the entrepreneur is a soul constructs of its possibility and turns it into reality. The paper brings fornard a ladder-like model of the construction of possibility of technological innovation on the basis of logical analysis、ontological analysis、epistemological analysis and philosophy analysis to it.
