摘　　要：我国大学生就业形势日益严峻,在一定程度上影响了经济与社会的可持续发展。大学生就业形势安全评价指标体系应借鉴OECD建立的人类和自然环境关系的压力—状态—响应框架模型,根据评价对象各组成部分之间的关系,构筑多层次评价指标体系,从而为大学生就业方面的研究提供基础性依据。The employment situation of college students in China is increasingly intense, which affects the sustainable development of economy and society in a certain extent. The selection of the safety evaluation index system of college students＇ employment should be reference the OECD, establish the Pressure-State-Response framework model about the relationship between the human and the natural environment and a multi-level evaluation index system should be built according to the relationship between the parts of evaluation objects, so as to provide the fundamental basis for the study of college students＇ employment.
