游离股前外侧皮瓣在口腔肿瘤术后组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨游离股前外侧皮瓣在口腔癌术后组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法 :对5例(男性4例,女性1例,年龄60~72岁,平均年龄68.2岁)行股前外侧组织瓣移植,进行口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复的病例,进行分析总结。根据不同组织缺损的具体情况,应用不同组织瓣类型对缺损进行修复,并对术后效果和供区恢复情况进行评价。结果:5例游离皮瓣面积6 cm×10 cm^8 cm×10 cm,移植皮瓣全部成活,术后近期及远期随访效果满意,供区无功能受限。结论:股前外侧组织瓣组织量丰富,可塑性良好,是修复颌面部软组织较大缺损的理想游离皮瓣。Objective： To assess the clinical application of free anteriolateral femoral skin flap in oral reconstruction. Methods：5 cases （4 male and 1 female,age ranged 60-72 years ） with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defects, restored with free anteriolateral thigh flaps, were retrospectively studied. Free flap were designed in accordance with types of defects. Dimensions of the flaps were from 6 cm×10 cm to 8 cm×10 cm. The goals for the reconstruction are obliteration of the defect, restoration of functions, provision of adequate structural support, and aesthetic reconstruction were evaluated after 3-12 months follow-up. Results： All the 5 flaps survived and healed well. All defects were restored both in function and aesthetics. No functional impairment at the donor sites occurred. Conclusion： Saleable abundance volume and easily molding property of the anterolateral thigh flap, make it an ideal selection in the repair of soft tissue defects in oral and maxillofacial region.
