固定矫治器双弓丝结扎治疗外伤性牙脱位的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察固定矫治器双弓丝结扎治疗外伤性牙脱位的临床疗效。方法：选择35例外伤性牙脱位的患者，采用固定矫治器双弓丝结扎，固定3～6个月，对比分析治疗前后外伤牙齿的松动度、牙周状况和咬合关系。结果：患者外伤牙均达到良好的愈合，患牙与对牙有稳定的咬合关系，牙周组织状况良好，牙无松动，牙槽骨及牙根无明显吸收，牙齿冠根比无明显改变。结论：固定矫治器治疗外伤性牙脱位安全、疗效良好，值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effectiveness of fixed orthodontic appliance in the treatment of teeth luxation. Methods：35 patients with traumatic teeth luxation were treated by fixed orthodontic appliance with twin-wire arch ligation and fixation for 3-6 months. The degree of the traumatic teeth looseness, periodontal condition and occlusion relationship were analyzed before and after the treatment. Results： All patients′ traumatic teeth luxation were cured effectively. The sick teeth and the antagonistic teeth restored good occlusion relationship. Periodontal tissue condition appeared normal and no looseness was found. Alveolar bone and tooth root had no apparent resorption. Teeth crown and teeth root displayed no apparent changes. Conclusion： The treatment of the traumatic teeth luxation using fixed orthodontic appliance is safe and curatively effective, so this method is worth for mass clinical application.
