摘  要:基于问卷调查数据,对城镇社会救助再就业人群与城镇职工的工资差距进行研究。采用OLS的结果表明,一方面,工资差距来自于个体特征尤其是个人人力资本因素,社会救助再就业人群比城镇职工具有更低的人力资本;另一方面,工资差距来自于个人人力资本因素的回报系数差异,即特征价格差异或歧视。利用Oaxaca分解、JMP1993分解和DFL分解三种方法的结果显示,个体特征不能解释的部分占总差距的40%~60%;同时,在高分位数和低分位数工资层面,歧视和不可观测个性特征对工资的影响程度更大。Based on the survey data, this paper studies the wage gap between the re-employment group with social assistance and urban employees. The result of OLS indicates that, on one hand, the wage gap derives from the difference of demographic characteristics or personal human capital because the re-employment group with social assistance has lower human capital than that of the urban employees. On the other hand, there has significant differences in return coefficient of human capital variables or discrimination. Then, the paper decomposes the wage gap by the Oaxaca 1973, the JMP 1993, and the DFL decomposition respectively. It concludes that, the part in which demographic characteristics couldn't explain, accounting for 40-60% of the total gap. Moreover, it sufferes greater extent of the discrimination or the effects of unobservable personality traits on the wage in the two poles such as lower or higher percentile of the wage.
