摘　　要："官箴"中的慈善思想是古代慈善思想的有机组成部分。儒家"仁爱"、"仁政"、"爱民"、"亲民"思想,是"官箴"慈善思想的思想渊源。从对弱势群体的关爱与救助、防灾赈灾,是"官箴"慈善思想的基本内容。The philanthropic thought in ＂official admonitions＂ is the organic component of the ancient philanthropic thought. The Confucian thought of ＂benevolence＂, ＂policy of benevolence＂, ＂love people＂ and ＂treat the people as one would treat one＇s own family＂ is the ideological origins of the philanthropic thought in ＂official admonitions＂. Caring and relief to the vulnerable group and the disaster prevention and relief are the basic content of the philanthropic thought in ＂official admonitions＂.
