摘　　要：因为主客观因素,独立学院教学督导体制面临严峻挑战。为推动自身持续、健康发展,独立学院需要纵深拓展教学督导制度的内涵建设、大力强化教学督导机构的相对独立性、稳步推进督学专业化进程、积极构建督教、督学、督管三位一体的督导格局,全面提升教学督导工作的软硬实力,与时俱进推动教学督导工作。The teaching supervision system in independent colleges faces serious challenges because of subjective and objective factors. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development, the independent colleges need to further develop the connotation construction of the teaching supervision system, strengthen vigorously the relative independence of the teaching supervision institution and move forward steadily the specialization process of the supervision. We need to positively establish the supervision formation of teaching supervision, learning supervision and management supervision, and promote completely the hard and soft power of the supervision work and push the teaching supervision work with the times.
