尼莫地平对老年慢性脑供血不足患者认知功能及脑血流的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨尼莫地平对老年慢性脑供血不足患者认知功能及脑血流的影响。方法:选取我院收治的128例老年慢性脑供血患者,随机分为对照组和实验组2组,对照组采用复方丹参片治疗,实验组采用尼莫地平治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效及脑血流变化情况。结果:对照组患者的总有效率为65.63%,实验组患者为81.25%,两组数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尼莫地平对老年慢性脑供血不足患者认知功能及脑血流具有明显的改善作用,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effects of nimodipine on cerebral blood flow in patients with cognitive function and chronic cerebral insufficiency. Methods： 128 cases of elderly patients with chronic cerebral circulation in our hospital, were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group 2. the control group with Compound Salvia Tablet treatment, experimental group with ni- modipine treatment, clinical effect and the changes of cerebral blood flow in 2 groups of patients. Results ： the total efficiency of the pa- tients in the control group is 65.63%, the patients in the experimental group was 81.25%, compared with two groups of data, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Nimodipine has obvious effect on function and cerebral blood flow in patients with cognitive chronic cerebral insufficiency, worthy of further clinical application.
