摘　　要：目的探讨小细胞肺癌的CT表现及分型。方法观察30例小细胞肺癌其胸部螺旋CT表现及分型特点。结果 30例中,4例中央肺门型(13.3%),15例中央合并纵隔型(46.7%),2例周围型(6.7%);4例周围合并纵隔型(16.7%);2例沿淋巴管扩散型(6.7%),2例胸膜多发转移型(6.7%),1例肺叶型(3.3%)。结论 CT能清楚显示SCLC的特征及转移范围,CT分型能为临床治疗方案提供重要依据。Objective To explore the CT manifestations and classification of small-cell lung cancers .Methods Spiral CT scans of 30 cases with small-cell lung cancer confirmed by pathology have been collected and examined to identify classif-ying characteristics .Results Among the 30 cases ,there are 4 cases of central hilar type （13 .3% ） ,15 of central compli-cated mediastinal type （46 .7% ） ,2 of peripheral type （6 .7% ） ,4 of peripheral complicated mediastinal type （16 .7% ） ,2 of diffusion along lymphatic vessels （6 .7% ） ,2 of pleural multiple lesion and metastasis （6 .7% ） ,and 1 of lung lobe type （3 .3% ） .Conclusion Spiral CT scan can offer clearly characteristics of small-cell lung cancer and its metastastic scope , and thus its classification will be of great value to clinical application and therapy .
