Livin与caspase-3在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平及相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究生存蛋白(Livin)与胱天蛋白酶(caspase)-3在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达水平及其相关性。方法收集2009年6月至2011年6月于亭湖区人民医院就诊且进行活检或手术治疗的患者268例,其中子宫内膜癌组织患者196例为试验组,取子宫内膜癌患者肌瘤旁正常组织72例作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学染色法检测两组受试者的Livin与caspase-3蛋白的表达水平,比较其表达水平与临床病理特征的相关性以及两者间的相关性。结果 Livin在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率显著高于宫颈正常组织,而caspase-3在宫颈正常组织中阳性表达率高于子宫内膜癌组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Livin和caspase-3的表达阳性率与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。Livin和caspase-3在子宫内膜癌组织表达呈负相关(r=-0.56,P<0.05)。结论 Livin可能通过与caspase-3共同作用促进子宫内膜癌的发生、发展。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of IAvin and Caspase-3 in endometrial carcinoma tissues. Methods A total of 268 cases of biopsy or operation patients from Tinghu People＇s Hospital during Jun. 2009 and Jun. 2011 were collected, ineluding 196 cases with endometrial carcinoma tissue as trial group ,72 eases with normal tissue adjacent to endometrial cancer as control group. The expression levels of Livin and caspose-3 in endometrial carcinoma were anal yzed by immunohistochemical staining, and their eorrelation with clinical pathological factors and the correlation between them were compared. Results The positive rate of Livin of the endometrial carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than the normal cervical tissue ,while the positive rate of easpase-3 of the endometrial carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than on the normal cervical tissue （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive expression rate of Livin and easpase-3 were significantly associated with clinical stage, pathological grade and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Livin protein was negatively correlated to easpase-3 protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue （ r = - 0.56, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Livin via easpase-3 may promote the occurrence and development of endornetrial carcinoma through joint action with easloase-3.
