摘  要:运用高效液相色谱建立了同时测定冬虫夏草及北虫草中5种核苷类物质的检测方法,该方法对目标物回收率较高,线性良好,操作简单易行。对北虫草及3个不同产地冬虫夏草测定结果表明:北虫草含有5种核苷类物质,而3个产地冬虫夏草中均未检出虫草素,北虫草中虫草素含量为(1.89±0.06)mg/g;4种虫草样品均含麦角甾醇,其中北虫草含量最多为(4.58±0.07)mg/g,青海冬虫夏草含量最少为(1.61±0.07)mg/g。A method to simultaneously determine 5 kinds of nucleosides of Cordyceps sinensis and natural caterpillar fungus was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), not only having a high recovery rate and good linearity but also being simple and easy in operation. The determination of 5 nucleosides and ergosterol contents of Cordyceps sinensis and natural caterpillar fungi from 3 different habitats showed that Cordyceps sinensis contained 5 nucleosides (inosine, guanosine,adenine, adenosine, and cordycepin)and its cordycepin content was (1.89 ± 0.06) mg/g while all the 3 natural caterpillar fungi had no cordycepin being detected;All the 4 caterpillar fungus samples contained ergosterol,the greatest content was (4.58 ±0.07) mg/g of Cordyceps sinensis and the least content was (l. 61 ± 0.07) mg/g of natural caterpillar fungus from Qinghai Province.
