摘　　要：医患关系是人与人之间在特殊时期、特殊阶段和特殊情况下的特殊关系。医患关系直接影响社会的和谐稳定和人们的生活质量。价值观是人们对价值方面的根本看法,包括对价值的实质、构成、标准等认识。医师与患者共同的目的是战胜疾病,促进健康,延长寿命,两者在目标、利益、理想等方面是一致的。因此,医患双方的价值观从本质上是统一的。目前,我国医患关系存在着局部的不和谐现象,改善医患关系仍然是我国面临的重要任务,建立以共同价值观为本的相互尊重、相互信任、相互包容、相互合作的和谐医患关系需要医患双方和社会各界的共同努力。Doctor-patient relationship is a special relationship between people in special circumstances during a special peri -od, which is directly related to the harmony and stability of society as well as people＆#39;s quality of life.Values are the fundamental views of people, including the understanding of the nature , composition and standards of values .Doctors and patients are consistent in goals , interests and ideals , having the same objectives to overcome diseases , promote health , and prolong lives .They are essentially unified in values.However, there are some inharmonious phenomena in the relationship between doctors and patients .Efforts should be made to improve the present doctor-patient relationship by the whole society besides doctors and patients , aiming to establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship of mutual respect , mutual trust , mutual tolerance and mutual cooperation on the basis of common values .
