摘　　要：目的分析内蒙古自治区精神残疾人的患病水平与预防措施。方法以第二次全国残疾人抽样调查数据为材料,对内蒙古自治区残疾人进行致残原因、受教育程度、就业情况、残疾等级、理解与交流状况及主要需求6方面的调查。结果我区导致精神残疾的原因主要为精分裂症(占52.42%);残疾人受教育程度普遍偏低,且女性低于男性;我区轻度残疾人约占一半,残疾人随着残疾加重,理解与交流能力变差;大部分残疾人因残疾导致丧失劳动力而无工作;残疾人的主要需求为医疗服务与救助和贫困残疾人的救助与扶持。结论应加强残疾人的康复工作,提高残疾人受教育水平,促进残疾人就业。Objective To study the prevalence level and preventive measures of persons with mental disability in Inner Mongolia.Methods During the second sampling inquiry of the whole nation,six aspects were surveyed of causes of disability,educational attainment,employment status, level of disability,understanding and communication situation and main demand.Results In my area,the reason of leading to mental disability was schizophrenia（52.42%）;The level of education was generally low of persons with disability,and women were less than men;Persons with disability of light level had about half.The more severe the disability was,the worse understanding and communication become. Majority persons with disability had not job,because the disability led to the loss of labor.The main demand of persons with disability were medical services and help,relief and support of poor persons with disability.Conclusion We must strengthen rehabilitation programs,improve their education level and promote the employment of persons with disability.
