摘　　要：目的探讨总结持续腰大池引流术在神经外科疾病中的临床护理。方法对44例神经外科疾病患者施行持续腰大池引流术,对其操作方法及护理措施进行分析、总结,评价其效果。结果 44例患者治疗效果良好,临床症状缓解率高,并发症发生率低。结论精心的围手术期护理是持续腰大池引流术成功的关键,可明显提高治疗效果,减少或避免并发症的发生。Objective To summarize the clinical nursing of continuous lumbar cistern drainage in the neurosurgery in disease.Method 44 cases of diseases in neurosurgery patients underwent continuous lumbar cistern drainage, carries on the analysis, summarizes the operation method and nursing measures, evaluation of its effect.Result 44 cases of patients had good therapeutic effect, clinical symptom relief rate was high, and the lower rate of complications.Conclusion Careful peri operation period nursing of continuous lumbar cisterna drainage is the key for the success, can significantly improve the therapeutic effect, and reduce or avoid complications.
