摘  要:通过研究分离鉴定DiaphorobacterP2菌株的苯酚降解特性和在焦化废水中的除酚作用,苯酚羟化酶基因克隆表达和酶活测定分析表明,P2菌株的苯酚代谢途径通过邻苯二酚2,3-双加氧酶催化开环降解,P2菌株4 d可完全生化降解1/2焦化原水中的酚类物质,说明P2菌株具有生物处理焦化废水酚类物质的潜力.Biodegradation of phenolic compounds is a key problem for the discharge of COD index requrirements, it is expected to have a more broad application prospect in coking wastewater with the development of biological treatment technology. The phenol-degrading characteristics of Diaphorobacter P2 and the potential for removal of phenol in the coking wastewater were evaluated. Hydroxylase gene expression and enzyme activity analysis showed that the degradation of phenol was catalyzed by catechol2, 3 dioxygenase. The 412. 267 mg·L-1 phenols from 1/2 coking wastewater were completely degraded after incubation Diaphorobacter P2 for 4 days. Those results show that strain P2 has the potential for removing phenolic compounds in coking wastewater.
