个体和社会功能量表在精神分裂症患者职业康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨个体和社会功能量表在筛选精神分裂症患者职业康复中的应用。方法:采用随机选取60例精神分裂症患者,经过多次的人员调整,按照能否适应康复生活,选出能适应的30例患者入康复组,30例不能适应康复生活的精神分裂症患者作为对照组,分别用个体和社会功能量表评分,进行比较分析。结果:个体和社会功能量表(PSP)在两组人群中的得分有明显的差异,康复组患者明显好于对照组(t=3.985,P=0.000),在PSP总分≥65时对康复患者的筛选灵敏度和特异性最好。结论:个体和社会功能量表在筛选精神分裂症患者适合职业康复中有很重要的价值。Objective：To explore application of personal and social performance scale（PSP） for vocational rehabilitation in schizophrenic patients. Methods：A total of 60 inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into training group and control group,30 cases respectively. PSP was adopted and the results of the two groups were compared. Results： The training group was significantly better improvement in total PSP score（T = 3. 985,P = 0. 000）,the cutoff value of PSP was about 65. Conclusions： Personal and social performance scale is a sensitive indicators for selecting schizophrenic patients who can participate the vocational rehabilitation training.
