产教合作共建“校中厂” 提升高职专业服务能力——以天津职业大学印刷工程系为例

摘　　要：产教合作,与企业共建"校中厂"是提升高职院校服务产业发展能力的有效途径。天津职业大学印刷工程系与天津今晚报业集团、天津祥彩包装制品有限公司等企业共建"校中厂",成效显著:优化了育人机制,提高了教学质量;营造了企业环境,培养了职业素质;用活了优质资源,提升了创新能力;健全了管理制度,提高了师资水平。Cooperation of enterprise and education to build ＂school in factory＂ is an effective way to improving development capabilities in vocational college service industry. The Printing Engineering department of Tianjin Profes- sional University has built ＂school in factory＂ with Tianjin Evening News and Tianjin Xiangcai Packaging Products Co. and other companies and has achieved remarkable results by optimizing education system, improving quality of teaching, creating enterprise environment, training professional quality, utilizing high-quality resources, boosting innovation capacity, improving management system and enhancing the quality of teachers.
