摘 要:以2012年四川省主产烟区攀枝花和凉山州的43份红花大金元烤烟样品中部叶为供试材料,测定烟叶化学成分和有机酸含量,并应用典型相关分析方法分析了烟叶化学成分和有机酸含量的典型相关性。结果表明:烟叶化学成分和有机酸含量存在典型相关关系;在化学成分和有机酸关联上起主要作用的是钾、非挥发性有机酸和挥发性有机酸的含量。In 2012, 43 samples of medium tobacco leaves of Honghuadajinyuan from Panzhihua and Liangshanzhou, where are the main tobacco production areas in Sichuan province, as tested material to determine the chemical component content and organic acid content in tobacco leaves. Moreover, the canonical correlation between chemical component content and organic acid content in tobacco leaves was analyzed by the method of canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that there was canonical correlation between chemical component content and organic acid content; the contents of potassium, nonvolatile organic acids and volatile organic acids played important roles in the correlation between chemical component content and organic acid content.
