摘 要:通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了不同因素对苦菜(Sonchus oleraceus L.)总酚提取率的影响,确定了最佳提取工艺参数。结果表明,对苦菜总酚提取率影响程度由大到小依次为提取时间、酸性乙醇体积分数、料液比;苦菜总酚提取的最佳工艺参数为A1B3C1,即酸性乙醇体积分数60%(V/V),提取时间3h,料液比1∶20(g∶mL)。在此条件下,苦菜总酚提取率可达9.08 mg/g。Extraction technology of total polyphenols from Sonchus oleraceus L. was studied. The effects of influence factors were discussed and the parameters were optimized by means of single factor test and orthogonal designed experiments. Results showed that the impact order of the influence factors was extraction time, the volume fraction of ethanol, the ratio of material to liquid. The obtained optimum parameters of total polyphenols extraction was A1B3C1, the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%(V/V), dealing time was 3 hours and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶20(g∶mL). The extraction percentage of total polyphenols from Sonchus oleraceus L. under the optimum condition was 9.08 mg/g.
