摘 要:对比分析卷烟、造纸法烟草薄片原料、半成品、成品中的还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉和蛋白质等物质的含量,寻找烟草薄片工艺改进方向。采用DNS法对烟草样品中的还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉等成分进行定量分析,采用国家标准GB 5009.5-2010对蛋白质进行定量分析。结果表明,还原糖、可溶性糖、淀粉和蛋白质在两种卷烟、烟梗、烟末、木浆纤维、基片、未烤薄片、薄片等8种样品中的含量有明显差别。水溶性成分在薄片加工过程中损失率加大,薄片原料及半成品、成品中的淀粉、蛋白质等不良组分含量较低。The process of tobacco sheet was improved through analyzing reducing sugar, soluble sugar, starch and protein in cigarette, tobacco sheet material, semi-finished products and end products. The reducing sugar, soluble sugar and starch in the above samples were quantitatively analyzed by conventional DNS method. Proteins were quantitatively analyzed using GB 5009.5-2010 method. Each sample had well parallel property. The contents of these four compounds varied in tobacco, tobacco stem, tobacco dust, xylem fiber, chip base, unbaked sheet and sheet. The results showed that the lost of soluble materials increased during the formation process of tobacco sheet. It was of low content of starch and protein in sheet material, semi-finished products and end products.
