摘  要:在当地常规推荐施肥的基础上,增施硼砂、硫酸锌和钼酸铵3种微量元素肥料,通过微肥底施和叶面喷施,研究了微肥施用对云南4种主要栽培烤烟化学成分和感官评吸的影响。结果表明,施用微肥会明显提高烟叶化学成分的协调性,使烟气的香气质、香气量、余味、烟灰的灰色显著提升,但刺激性和劲头降低,杂气增加。在施用方式上,微肥叶面喷施效果总体要优于微肥底施。在烤烟栽培区,有针对性地增施微肥能有效提高烟叶化学成分的协调性和感官评吸质量。Based on the local conventional fertilizer, increasing application of three kinds of trace element fertilizers including borax, zinc sulfate and ammonium molybdate through fertilizer application and foliar application, the effects of trace element fertilizers on four kinds of Yunnan main cultivation of flue-cured tobacco chemical components and sensory were studied. Results showed that the application of fertilizer significantly improved the coordination of the chemical composition of tobacco leaf. The aroma quality, aroma, aftertaste, soot, grey of smoke was obviously increased. Irritation and strength decreased and miscellaneous gas increased. In application way, the overall micronutrient of foliar microelement fertilizer was better than that of base fertilizer. In flue-cured tobacco cultivation area, specific provision trace fertilizer could effectively increase the tobacco leaf chemical components and sensory smoking quality of coordination.
