军事航空航天医学人文素质的建立与培养

摘　　要：作为"军事特色"突出的学科,航空航天医学在军事医学的教学中占有十分重要的地位,其教学效果与教学改革的成败决定了能否将学员培养为合格的航空军医。其中军事航空航天医学人文素质教育是课程体系改革的重要内容,在提高学员对航空航天医学专业学习的积极性方面具有重要的作用。学员军事航空航天医学人文素质的提高可通过在军事人文素质、专业人文素质和知识性人文素质三个方面进行改革得以实现。As a military characteristics prominent discipline,aerospace medicine plays a very important role in the teaching of military medicine.The success or failure of its teaching effect and teaching reform will determine whether the student is qualified flight surgeon training.The＂military aerospace medicine＂humanistic quality education is an important part of the curriculum system reform,and plays an important role in improving students＇ enthusiasm of aerospace medicine.The improvement of students＇ military aerospace medicine humanistic quality can be achieved through the reform of three aspects,the military humanistic quality,professional humanistic quality and informative humanistic quality.
