摘　　要：目的探讨薰衣草精油对血管性痴呆大鼠认知功能的影响。方法采用缺血再灌注大鼠血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)模型为研究对象,VD大鼠分为假手术、VD模型组、薰衣草精油30mg/kg组、薰衣草精油100mg/kg组和脑复康100mg/kg组。以定位航行实验和空间探索实验对大鼠进行对比研究,考察VD大鼠海马组织Ach、SOD、MDA等观察指标的变化。结果①薰衣草精油能缩短VD大鼠定位航行时间,模型组和假手术组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);②薰衣草精油能减少VD大鼠空间探索实验目标象限停留时间和穿越虚拟平台次数(P<0.01);③薰衣草精油能增加VD大鼠海马组织Ach水平,上调SOD水平和下调MDA水平(P<0.01)。结论①薰衣草精油能够改善VD大鼠海马组织氧化应激状态;②薰衣草精油能够改善VD大鼠认知功能。Objective To study the effects of lavender essential oil on cognitive function of rats with vascular dementia.Methods All rats were divided into sham operation group and intervention group,the intervention group was also divided into VD model group and lavender essential oil 30mg / kg group;100mg / kg group,and piracetam 100mg / kg group.These were comparative studied by positioning navigation experiments and space exploration experiments,by detected and analyzed with VD rats Hippocampus Ach,SOD and MDA.Results ①Lavender essential oil can shorten the navigation time of VD rats,the difference between model group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.② Lavender essential oil can reduce the time and times in which VD rats explored experimental target and throughed the virtual platform times（P〈0.01）.③Lavender essential oil increased the level of Ach VD in hippocampus of rats,increased the level of SOD and lowered the level of MDA（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion ① Lavender essential oil could reduce oxidative stress in VD rats hippocampus;② Lavender essential oil could improve VD rats cognitive function.
