摘　　要：介绍了基于PWM波的4-20mA信号的转换原理,在此基础上设计了由光耦,N沟道场效应管和TL431稳压芯片等元件组成的信号转换电路,并对电路进行了理论分析,对电路创新点进行了详实说明。由电路仿真得到的数据和图像分析表明该设计方案提高了信号控制的精度和稳定性,该电路结构精巧成本廉价,可广泛适用于多种自动化仪表的信号处理中。This paper described the principle of 4- 20mA signal converter,transformed from the PWM. On this principle,the paper proposed the circuit designed by optocoupler,conversion circuit N channel field-effect tube and TL431 regulator chip components. The circuit is analyzed,the circuit innovations are detailed instructions. The data and image obtained by the circuit simulation and analysis show that the design improves the signal control precision and stability. The circuit is compact structure with low cost, can be widely used in signal processing instrument.
