摘　　要：为解决国家电网现存通信系统难以组建大型网络、各种协议和设备不便互联互通等问题,提出了一种基于软交换和MCU的一体化构架调度控制系统,融合了视频会议、IP电话、普通电话、视频监控等纷繁复杂的业务种类,让国家电网的通信调度人员可以通过任何设备、任何网络,获得声音、数据和图像,从而丰富人们的沟通方式,提高了调度的沟通效率。系统已经在浙江省实现了部署和实施。In order to solve the problems of the current existing the national power grid scheduling systems obsolete equipment,dispatching exchange network technology lag behind,functions can not meet the demand of the new scheduling platform,this paper proposes a dispatching control system based on FreeSwitch and MCU,fused the complicated business types of video conference,IP call,ordinary phone,video monitoring,field control data,which lets the national power grid communication scheduling personnel can get voice data and images through any device and network,so as to enrich people ＇s communication,greatly enhance communication scheduling efficiency. The system has been effectively implemented in Zhejiang province.
