肾癌中miR-142-3p表达分析及临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的检测比较miR-142-3p在肾细胞癌及癌旁正常肾组织中的表达水平,并分析其表达水平与临床病理特征之间的关系,为miR-142-3p在肾癌发生发展中的功能研究提供基础。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR检测42例配对肾癌及癌旁正常组织标本中miR-142-3p的表达量,统计分析其表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 miR-142-3p在肾癌组织中的表达量明显高于配对的癌旁正常组织(P<0.001),肾癌组织中miR-142-3p表达上调者为37/42例。肾癌组织中miR-142-3p表达水平与患者年龄、性别、肾癌组织类型、肿瘤T分期、AJCC临床分期无相关(P>0.05)。结论 miR-142-3p在肾癌组织中明显高表达,其可能与肾癌的发生和发展相关。Objective To detect and compare the expression of miR-142-3p in renal cell carci-noma （RCC）and adjacent normal tissues,and to investigate the correlations between its expression and clinicopathologic characteristics for further study of the function of miR-142-3p in the oncogene-sis and development of RCC. Methods Real time quantitative PCR （RT-qPCR）was used to detect the expression of miR-142-3p in 42 paired RCC tissues and adjacent normal tissues resected from ne-phrectomy.Statistic analysis was conducted to evaluate the relationship between its expression and clinicopathologic characteristics. Results Expression of miR-142-3p in RCC tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues （P〈0.001）,37 cases of RCC tissues showed up-regulated miR-142-3p compared with their adjacent tissues samples.Expression level of miR-142-3p was not related to the age,gender,histology,T stage and AJCC stage of patients. Conclusions miR-142-3p was up-regulated in RCC,which may be involved in the oncogenesis and development of RCC.
