摘　　要：目的用事件相关电位P300探讨有无自杀意念抑郁症患者认知电位的特点,为抑郁症患者自杀的预防提供依据。方法采用P300分别对324例有自杀意念抑郁症患者、169例无自杀意念抑郁症患者及161例正常对照进行检测。结果抑郁症伴自杀意念患者N2潜伏期[205（183.5~222）ms]及抑郁症不伴自杀意念患者[206（188.5~227.5）ms]均长于正常对照组[200（162~213）ms],且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;与正常对照组[4.02（2.17~6.42）μV]及抑郁症不伴自杀意念组[3.99（2.17~6.59）μV]相比,抑郁症伴自杀意念患者P2波幅[3.05（1.47~5.10）μV]下降,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论有无自杀意念抑郁症患者均存在认知电位的异常,且伴自杀意念的抑郁症患者认知功能损害更为严重。Objective This study was designed to investigate possible differences in P300 detection between those depressed patients who have suicidal ideation and those who did not have. Methods There were 654 participants： 324 depressed patients with suicidal ideation,169 non suicidal ideations, and 161 comparison subjects with no psychiatric history. We compared performance on event-related potentials P300 in these three groups. Results P300 detection showed that the N2 latent in depressed patients who have suicidal ideation[205（183.5-222）ms] and those who did not have[206（188.5-227.5）ms] were longer than the control group[200（162-213）ms]; The P2 amplitude in depressed patients who had suicidal ideation[3.05（1.47-5.10） μV] were lower than those who did not have [3.99（2.17-6.59）μV] and the control group[4.02（2.17-6.42）μV]. Conclusion The depressed patients with or without suicidal ideation are both have significantly differences in event-related potentials P300 detection, and those with suicidal ideation are more serious.
