882例健康体检妇女HPV感染状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解健康体检女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染型别分布及年龄特点,为宫颈癌防治提供理论依据。方法采用凯普医用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术,对882例健康体检妇女进行生殖道21种HPV亚型感染筛查。结果 882例体检人群HPV总感染率为16.8%,21种亚型中有15种被检出,感染率最高的型别是HPV16,其他常见型别依次为52型、58型、53型、CP8304型、18型、68型、33型和66型,高危感染率为97.3%,低危感染率为2.7%,单一感染率为85.1%,多重感染率为14.9%。882例HPV感染率各年龄段检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甘肃地区健康体检女性HPV感染有相当比例,尤其是高危型,亚型分布且有一定区域性,对体检女性进行HPV分型检测有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To evaluate prevalence of human papilloma virus（HPV）infection and genotypes of the virus in 882 women who underwent health checkup. METHODS A total of 882 outpatient were checked for 21 HPV DNA types by DNA flow-through hybridization genotyping technique（Hybrimx）. RESULTS The total infection rate of HPV was 16.8%, 15 genotypes were found by Hybrimx in total 21 HPV genotypes, the most common HPV genotype was HPV-16, followed by 52, 58, 53, CP8304, 18, 68, 33and 66. The prevalence of high-risk and lowrisk HPV infection was 84.1% and 10.6%, respectively. The single and multiple HPV infection was 97.3% and 2.7%, respectively. The single and multiple HPV infection was 85.1% and 14.9%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the HPV-positive rates among each age group（P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION Gansu was a high percentage of HPV infection rate in women health checkup, especially in high-risk type, and also have its own regional character. The HPV types had important significanced in women who took health examination.
