摘 要:针对采用传统的方法进行矿用提升机故障预警不仅计算量大而且准确性较低的缺陷,构建了基于数据挖掘的故障预警系统设计方法。首先利用训练集对支持向量机进行训练,寻找出支持向量机的最优参数,然后建立提升机状态与故障之间的联系,最后进行故障预警,仿真结果表明,该系统能够很好地进行矿用提升机的故障预警,具有较好的工程应用价值。There is not only have the defects of large amount of calculation and low accuracy for mine hoist fault early warning is not only the defects of large amount of calculation and low accuracy, constructed the fault early warning system design method based on data mining. Firstly, using the training set to train the support vector machine and find out the optimal parameters, secondly, established the connection between the mine hoist and the fault early warning, finally, send out the information of the fault early warning. The simulation results showed that the system can carry on the fault early warning of the mine hoist, and has the good project application value.
