摘　　要：给出并证明了地板函数的几个新的性质定理,并给出了这些新性质定理在对数函数估值以及初等数论中的一些基本应用,解答了一个初等数论的问题.其定理与应用实例对离散数学、初等数论以及不等式分析等方面有参考价值.First presents and proves several new basic theorems of propertiies of the floor function, and demonstrates corresponding applications that are related with the new properties in evaluation of the logrithm function and in problem-solving in elementary number theory, exhibiting a solution for a problem in elementary number theory. The theorems and the application samples are worth of a good reference in discrete mathematis, elementary number theory and analysis of inequalilities.
