摘 要:目的通过对季铵盐杀菌填充柱制备流程的优化,以及将该填充柱应用于对冶金工业中水的杀菌效果的研究,来指导高效杀菌填充床的设计。方法通过优化常规季铵盐杀菌高聚物的合成工艺,并将其作为填料制备成杀菌填充柱,应用于冶金工业中水的现场的消毒处理中。结果季铵盐杀菌高聚物的杀菌效果较好,当添加量为30mg/mL时,对大肠埃希菌在60s内的杀菌率高达99.8%,其合成工艺重现性较稳定。现场稳定运行期间,在进水pH为5~9,水温为20℃~40℃,进水流量为300L/h的条件下,现场实验装置出水菌落总数可降至300cfu/mL以下,完全达到冶金工业水处理要求,且水中总Fe浓度、总硬度、碱度等干扰因素对填充柱杀菌效果影响不大。结论该技术指导制成的杀菌填充床用于冶金工业用水现场杀菌处理是可行的,能够实现提高经济效益、减少能耗的目的,具有良好的市场应用前景。Objective To optimize the preparation process of the column packed with quaternary ammonium salt polymer and apply the packed column in the sterilization of water in metallurgical industry in order to guide the design of the packed bed for efficient sterilization.Methods The conventional synthesis method of quaternary ammonium salt polymer was optimized.The packed column for sterilization was prepared by using quaternary ammonium salt polymer as the filler and applied in field water treatment in metallurgical industry.Results The quaternary ammonium salt polymer could effectively kill the bacteria in the water.When the polymer was at a concentration of 30mg/mL,the E.coli-killing rate within 60sreached as high as 99.8%.The reproductivity of the preparation of the polymer was good.When the pH of the inflow was in a range of 5to 9,water temperature remained at 20℃to 40℃,the flow velocity was set at 300L/h,the total number of bacterial colonies in the effluent could drop to less than 300cfu/mL,meeting the requirement for water treatment in metallurgical industry.Furthermore, the interference factors such as total iron concentration,the hardness of water and alkalinity had little effect on the sterilization.Conclusion The bacteria-killing packed bed prepared by the established method in this study is applicable to field water sterilization in metallurgical industry.It increases economic efficiency,saves resources and energy,and has a good application and market prospect.
