摘  要:目的探讨依达拉奉对脑出血大鼠血肿周围组织Bcl-2与Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法 108只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常组、假手术组、脑出血组和依达拉奉治疗组。后二组又分为3h、6h、12h、1d、2d、3d、5d、7d 8个亚组,每组6只。采用大鼠尾动脉自体不凝血50μl注入尾状核区建立脑出血模型。免疫组化法检测Bcl-2与Bax蛋白表达变化。结果与脑出血组相比,依达拉奉治疗组于出血后6h、12h、1d、2d、3d、5d、7d血肿周围组织Bcl-2增加,Bax蛋白表达减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论依达拉奉能通过上调Bcl-2蛋白表达,下调Bax蛋白表达,对脑出血后血肿周围脑组织损伤有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of edaravone on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein in intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)rats.Methods A total of 108 healthy adult Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,sham group,ICH group,edaravon treat group.The later two groups were randomly divided into 3h,6h,12h,1d,2d,3d,5d,7d subgroups respectively,6 rats in each group.ICH models were established by injecting 50μl of autogenous blood into the the right caudate nucleus of rats.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were determined by immunohistochemistry respectively.Results Compared with the hemorrhage group,the expression of Bcl-2 protein was increased and the expression of Bax protein was decreased in the edaravone treatment group after 6h,12h,1d,2d,3d,5d and 7d after ICH(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Edaravone can protect the injury of intracerebral hemorrhage by up-regulating the expression of Bcl-2 protein and inhibiting the expression of Bax protein.
