摘　　要：介绍了平面移动式立体停车库的工作原理,在分析现有平面移动式立体停车库应用率不高及存在存取车效率较低的问题的基础上,通过改进平面移动式立体停车库车辆存取方式、搬运台车设置及车辆存取方案设置等,开发了一种高效平面移动式立体停车库。该新型车库采用双提升装置、多台独立工作的自驱动搬运台车、智能搬运机器人进行车辆存取交换,实际应用表明,该新型车库存取车效率得到极大提高,解决了限制平面移动式立体停车库应用的瓶颈问题。The paper introduces the working principle of the planar movable stereo garage.Considering the problems such as low application rate of current planar movable stereo garages,low efficiency of car storage/retrieval,etc.,a high-efficient planar movable stereo garage is developed by improving the car storage/retrieval method,arrangement of handling trolley,and arrangement of car storage/retrieval.The new-type garage is provided with double-lifting devices,several self-driven handling trolley with individual working,and intelligent handling robot for car storage/retrieval.It＆#39;s indicated from practical application that the car storage/retrieval efficiency improves greatly,which has solved the bottle-neck problem re-garding application of planar movable stereo garages.
