摘 要:以甘蔗品种桂糖21号为材料,研究了3个不同时期叶面喷施含氨基酸水溶肥料对甘蔗产量性状和蔗糖分的影响,并进行了经济效益分析。结果表明:分蘖期喷施(A)、伸长期喷施(B)、全生长期喷施(C)3个处理对甘蔗茎长的影响不大,对甘蔗茎径有一定的促进作用,提高了甘蔗的有效茎数,明显提高了甘蔗产量,其中以伸长期喷施增产效果最好,比对照(CK)增产4.7%,差异达到显著水平;含氨基酸水溶肥处理的平均甘蔗蔗糖分、蔗汁重力纯度和公顷含糖量均明显高于对照,还原糖则反之,其中以全生长期喷施和伸长期喷施处理的蔗糖分提高幅度较大,分别增长2.02%(绝对值,下同)和1.64%。通过经济效益分析,伸长期喷施处理的农业产值和总产值最高,工业产值以全生长期喷施处理最高,但其投入成本最大。综合分析说明,甘蔗伸长期叶面喷施含氨基酸水溶肥料处理增产效果显著,甘蔗品质、蔗糖分及含糖量也较高,药剂、人工投入也不多,经济效益最高,为最佳处理。Guitang 21 as cane variety, foliage spraying of fertilizer solution containing amino acids in 3 different stages were studied on their effect on cane yield and sucrose content as well as on the economic benefit. The result showed that spaying in tillering stage(A), in elongating stage(B), and in both tillering and elongating stages(C) have little effect on plant height but positive effect on stalk diameter and on the number of millable cane stalks, significantly increased cane yield. The best spaying stage is in elongating stage, which produced a significantly higher cane yield(4.7% more) than that of the check treatment. The sucrose contents, purity, sugar yields of all three treatments are increased and the reducing sugar decreased significantly compared with the check. The increase in sucrose content of treatment C and B are 2.02% and 1.64%(absolute value), respectively. Analysis of economic benefit showed that treatment B produced the best agricultural and overall output, and treatment C produced the best industrial output but required the most input. It is indicated that treatment B is the best treatment.
