摘　　要：针对现行工程评标过程中不平衡报价使业主遭受损失、不利于工程顺利实施的问题,提出基于熵权和未确知测度的不平衡报价识别方法,并利用熵权和未确知测度模型计算出投标报价的不平衡度。实例应用结果表明,该方法能够较为准确地识别出承包商报价的不平衡度。In the current evaluation bids, unbalanced bidding may make the owner suffer losses and the project would not be completed successfully. This paper proposes an unascertained measure and entropy weight model to detect the un balanced bid price. The unascertained measure and entropy weight model was applied to compute the unbalanced degree in bidding in a case study, and the results show that the model is a robust way to identify the unbalanced degree in contractor bidding precisely.
