摘 要:研究双钢带压机中试装置过程参数对 PP/GMT片材熔融浸渍过程的影响 ,考察并分析压力、线速度、浸渍时间和温度边界条件等工艺参数对片材孔隙率和弯曲强度的影响规律 ,确立了适宜的工艺参数值。The effects of processing parameters on melt impregnation and flexural properties of GMT sheets using a double belt press were studied, including pressure, line speed, impregnation time and the boundary conditions of the temperature. The adapted values of the processing parameters were decided based on their influences on melt impregnation. The processing parameters strongly influenced the void content and flexural strength of GMT sheets. To enhance the impregnation process, the processing paramters should be adjusted properly. The impregnation pressure played an important role in the process. The driving force of melt impregnation was increased with the improvement of the pressure, and the improvement of the pressure was very useful to that of the impregnation speed. On the other hand, the void content of glass fiber mat dropped rapidly and the hindrance to melt flowing in the fiber mat was greatly increased. In this work, proper pressure was 0.49MPa, and the line speed should vary from 0.22m/min to 0.24m/min. The proper impregnation time should be 2.2~3.2min, and the atmospheric temperature in impregnation zone was controlled near 190°C. The flow rate of cooling water in the tunnels in the cooling zone had little effect on the process. To optimize the impregnation process, each of the processing parameters should be adjusted coordinately, considering the coupling effects of these parameters.
