摘 要:通过山东、安徽两地的田间试验,研究了抑芽丹在马铃薯植株及土壤中的残留消解动态及最终残留量,并对其在马铃薯上的使用安全性进行了评价.结果表明,抑芽丹在马铃薯植株中的半衰期为8.5~14.2 d,在土壤中的半衰期为10.3~14.5 d.30.2%抑芽丹水剂以4,6 kg/hm2,在收获前施药1次,7d后收获的马铃薯中抑芽丹残留量均低于50 mg/kg,故推荐该药在马铃薯上的安全间隔期为7d.A field experiment were conducted in Anhui and Shandong to reveal residual degradation dynamics and the final residues of maleic hydraside in potato plants and soil,and the safety of maleic hydrazide on potato was assessed.The test results showed that the half-life of maleic hydrazide in potato plant and soil were 8.5-10.2 d and 10.3-14.5 d respectively.When the potato was sprayed with 4 and 6 kg/hm2,maleic hydrazide 30.2% AS,the application was done 7 d before harvesting,the residue of maleic hydrazide in the harvested potato was lower than 50 mg/kg (MRL).It is recommended that the safe preharvest interval of maleic hydrazide in potato was 7d.
