摘　　要：从杏鲍菇多糖的提取方法、生物活性研究方面综述了杏鲍菇多糖的研究现状,旨在为进一步开发利用杏鲍菇、提高其在食品和医药领域的应用提供参考。Descriptions were made on research status of Pleurotus eryngil polysaccharide from the separation-extraction method,the biological activity and so on in this paper to provide a reference to the further development and utilization of Pleurotus eryngiland to increase the using of polysaccharide in the field of food and medicine.
