摘  要:对螺旋面在数控加工中涉及的数值计算进行了全面分析 ,给出了刀具轨迹坐标计算的完整公式 ,为计算机辅助计算提供了数学依据。The mathematical treatment of programe processing is complex while refining curved plane of cubic components with NC milling machines. Its difficulty lies in the coordinate calculating of pitch point and the path calculating of tool position point. The numerical calculation involved in the refining of curved helical plane with NC milling machines is analyzed in general. The formular of coordinate calculation and path calculating of tool position point are further examined.Accordingly,the mathematical basis is proviced for computer-aided-calculating.The above mentioned method is applicable to the mathematical treatment of involute curved helical plane as well as bevel curved helical plane.
