摘  要:文章探讨了以苦卤为原料,采用兑卤法生产氯化钾工艺过程中,使用二效蒸发罐排盐、一效蒸发罐内兑卤新工艺,与使用传统的苦卤与光卤石母液在兑卤计量流槽内兑卤,在兑卤沉降器分离苦盐浆生产工艺进行了对比评述,介绍了二效蒸发罐排盐、一效蒸发罐内兑卤的实施方法及改进效果。It was discussed the process of producing potassium chloride using the bittern end brine by brine mixing method, which used the new technology of salt elimination in second effect evaporation tank and mixing brine in first effect evaporation tank. Compared with traditional method of bittern end brine and carnallite mother mixing in metering chute and separating salt slurry in bittern mixer, it introduced the implementation method and improvement effect of second effect evaporation tank discharging slat and first effect evaporation tank mixing brine.
