摘　　要：文章主要介绍了高端盐目前发展的现状,综述了高端盐的产品类别及其产品构成,并从研发的角度分析了发展方向。The present situation of top - salt was mainly described. Product categories and its composition of top - salt were reviewed, too. Then the development direction was analyzed from the point of development research.
