摘  要:本文建立了超声提取-C18固相萃取柱净化-高效液相色谱法测定梅肉中的3种着色剂的分析方法。考察了不同提取试剂和温度对提取效率的影响;优化了C18固相萃取柱洗脱液种类和体积。结果表明:在检测范围内,采用该方法有着良好的线性关系(r〉0.999);回收率可达到88.9%-101.2%。采用高效液相色谱法可有效检测肉制品中常用着色剂的含量,具有重现性好、快速、准确等特点。A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine 3 kinds of colorants in plum meat,which extracted C18 Solid phase with ultrasonic.The effect of different extraction reagent and temperature on the extraction efficiency was investigated.The type of eluent and its elution volume for C18 were optimized.The results showed that:A good linear relationship(r〉0.999) was shown by this method in the detection limits.The recovery was from 88.9% to 101.2%.The high performance liquid chromatography method,which is used to detect the 3 kinds of colorants in plum meat with good reproducibility, is fast and precise
